CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

I give my consent to the processing of my personal data, beyond the extent of the particular staff selection procedure, for the purpose of future communication concerning suitable job openings and of a potential job offer within the PPF Group and other companies that have service contracts entered into with PPF a.s. and are not part of the PPF Group (list of companies will be displayed after the box is ticked - note that by ticking the box you do not give your consent; to give your consent, you must click on the SEND button).

Based on this consent, which was granted voluntarily and freely, PPF a.s., company registration no.: 25099345, registered office at Evropská 2690/17, 160 00 Prague 6 (hereinafter referred to as the “PPF a.s.“) and other controllers will be processing my personal data which will be provided in accordance with the purpose stated in the previous paragraph, into the PPF Group eRecruitment database (for the specific list of personal data, see Art. 2 – Information about the processing of my personal data based on consent to the processing of personal data).

Apart from PPF a.s., other companies in the PPF Group (for the PPF Group specification, see below) and companies that have services contracts entered into with PPF a.s. and are not part of the PPF Group (for the list of these companies, see below) have access to the PPF Group eRecruitment system in which my personal data will be stored.

PPF a.s. and other companies under the previous paragraph will be acting as a so-called data controller, depending on the specific circumstance and to the extent of this consent.

I give this consent for 4 years.

I am aware that I have the right to withdraw this consent any time, the right to request from the controller access to my personal data, rectification or erasure of my personal data, or restriction of the processing of my personal data, and to object to the processing of my personal data, the right to data portability to another controller and to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, if I believe that the controller processes my personal data in violation of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, General Data Protection Regulation, and Act No. 110/2019 Sb., on the Processing of Personal Data.

After the term for which this consent was granted expires, my personal data will be erased or anonymised to render my re-identification impossible. Data anonymised in the sense of the previous sentence will be used for statistical purposes.
